Paste this into Claude in Chrome. It reads your website, names your target audience, then searches LinkedIn for customers and investors who fit, and hands you a ranked list with outreach drafted.
You have control of my Google Chrome through the Claude in Chrome extension. I want you to find my ideal customers and potential investors on LinkedIn. Work in this order and show me your progress as you go. STEP 1: LEARN MY BUSINESS Open [YOURDOMAIN.COM] in a new tab. Read the homepage, services or product pages, pricing, and about page. Then give me: 1. A two sentence summary of what I sell and who it's for 2. My top 3 target audience segments, ranked. For each: job titles, industry, company size, location, and the exact problem I solve for them 3. My ideal investor profile: investor type (angel, pre seed VC, local fund, etc.), check size, industries they back, and why my business fits them Stop here and wait for me to say "go" before Step 2, so I can correct anything. STEP 2: FIND PEOPLE ON LINKEDIN I'm already logged into LinkedIn. Use the LinkedIn search bar and filters (People, Locations, Industry, Title) to find: 1. 10 people who match my #1 target audience segment, focused on [CITY OR REGION] 2. 10 investors who match my investor profile (search terms like "angel investor," "pre seed," "venture partner" plus my industry) Rules while browsing: 1. Only view profiles and search results. Do NOT click Connect, Follow, Message, or Like on anything 2. Move at a normal human pace, one profile at a time 3. Skip anyone who doesn't clearly fit, and tell me why STEP 3: GIVE ME THE LIST Put everyone in one table with these columns: Name, Title, Company, Location, LinkedIn URL, Why they fit (one sentence), Fit score 1 to 10. Sort by fit score, highest first. Put investors in a separate table below customers. STEP 4: DRAFT OUTREACH (DON'T SEND) For my top 5 customers and top 3 investors, write a personalized LinkedIn connection note under 300 characters that references something specific from their profile. I will send these myself.
Add Claude in Chrome from the Chrome Web Store, sign in with your Claude account, and pin it to your toolbar. It needs a Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plan and runs in Google Chrome on desktop.
Open LinkedIn in the same Chrome window and make sure you are signed in. Claude browses as you, so it sees what you see.
Click the Claude icon to open the side panel, paste the prompt, and send. Check its read on your audience, type "go," and watch it work.
Why the prompt says view only: LinkedIn does not allow bots that connect or message for you, and accounts that look automated can get restricted. Let Claude do the research, and send the messages yourself. Keep each run to about 20 profiles.
This prompt is one small system. I build the full version for owners: lead finding, instant response, and booking, set up around how you already work.
