ServicesGreenville and the Upstate

A growth strategist at your table, monthly.

Below the cost of a fractional CMO and above a software subscription. I own your systems, keep them improving, and bring you the next opportunity before you have to look for it. Four seats. Six month minimum.

Who it is for

  • Owners who have a system in place and want it improved every month instead of maintained
  • Businesses that have outgrown a marketing agency but are not ready for a full time hire
  • Operators with demand who need one person accountable for the number, monthly
  • Leaders who can make a decision in a meeting

What is included

  • Ownership of your lead response, booking, and follow up systems, with monthly improvements
  • A monthly numbers review: response time, booked rate, source, and what to build next
  • Search and content direction, so the site, the map listing, and the reels pull in the same direction
  • Priority access: your message gets answered the same day, and new builds inside the retainer are scoped at a reduced rate
  • A standing seat in your planning: pricing changes, new offers, new locations, hiring decisions that touch the customer
  • Quarterly: one new system or a meaningful upgrade to an existing one

How it runs

1

Diagnose

Month one is a full read of the operation, the numbers, and the tools, ending in a ranked list of what to fix first.

2

Design

Each month gets one focus, chosen from the list, with a defined result and a number attached.

3

Deploy

Built, measured, and reported at the monthly review. Then the next one.

3 of 4

Four seats total. When they are taken, the next start date is the following quarter, so each client gets built for properly.

See how engagements work
From $2,500 a month

Six month minimum. Below a fractional CMO, which the market prices from $3,500 a month for far less hands on work, and above a software subscription that cannot make a decision. Every engagement is scoped to an outcome before a number is quoted, and I take on three new engagements a quarter.

Questions

What is the difference between this and an agency?

An agency sells you a service line. I own the whole loop and the number that comes out of it. When something breaks between vendors, there is one person to call and it is me.

Can I start with a project and move to the retainer?

That is the most common path. The project proves the first system; the retainer keeps it improving and builds the next one.

What happens at the end of six months?

Most clients continue. If you stop, you keep every system built during the retainer. Nothing is held hostage.
